Paolo Morrone joined Tikehau Capital in 2016 and serves as Head of UK Private Debt. Prior to working at Tikehau Capital, Paolo worked in the leveraged finance team at Mediobanca. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Cass Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business from Luiss Guido Carli University, Rome. 

Alfred is the Chief Financial Officer of Kensington. Alfred has led global teams in areas of investment and corporate finance, investment structuring and operations, and reporting and analytics for private equity, infrastructure, and private debt portfolios. His previous tenures include two Maple 8 Canadian pension plans and a Big 4 accounting firm. Prior to Kensington, Alfred was the CFO of a social impact fund focused on the affordable housing sector. Alfred is a Fellow with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and holds designations as CPA, Chartered Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator, Certified Public Accountant (Colorado), and a Certified Fraud Examiner 

Aftab is a financial journalist and researcher with seven years of experience covering the global deals landscape from an advisory and legal perspective – now specialising in the private markets and alternative investments space. He has published over 200 articles and special reports on a wide range of trends and developments in the world of finance – from shifts in investor sentiment to evolving asset classes, ESG and sustainability progress and ongoing digital transformation. He is also a seasoned event moderator, having led panels and roundtables at financial summits around the world – including London, New York and Singapore.

Constantinos is a Managing Director in the Business Development team. He has extensive experience in institutional investor relations and fundraising. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, he was leading business development in the EMEA region for a European credit asset manager. Previously, he spent four years with AllianceBernstein in London covering sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors in the Middle East and Africa. Constantinos began his career with Morgan Stanley and later with Merrill Lynch in Texas as part of a team advising family offices on M&A transactions within the energy industry. Constantinos holds a Bachelor's degree, cum laude, in Business Administration from Midwestern State University and a Master’s degree in International Political Economy from the University of Warwick. Ted Logan joined HarbourVest in 2021 and focuses on business development and strategy with key intermediary relationships in EMEA and Asia. Ted brings 20 years of experience to HarbourVest in private equity and alternatives distribution in both the wealth and institutional channels.

Ted joined the Firm from BlackRock and was part of the BlackRock Alternatives Specialists team focused on fundraising across private equity, private debt, real assets and liquid alternative strategies. Prior to that, he held positions as marketing director for GLC Ltd. and Aspect Capital, Inc. and started his finance career with Goldman Sachs.

Ted received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Harshil is a Director in the Infrastructure Debt Investment team, based in London. He has experience with leading investments across a wide spectrum of infrastructure projects and corporates, particularly in the UK and Europe. He sits on the Investment Committee across all the direct infrastructure debt strategies and is active in originating investments from investment grade to high yield. Harshil has also spent time in New York where he helped further develop the US and Latin America Infrastructure Debt strategies. Harshil holds a BSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, London and is a CFA Charterholder. 

Based in London, Kanika is an Investment Director in the Private Equity team within Patria Global Private Markets Solutions (“Patria GPMS”). With AuM of over $12bn and a team of over 70, including 25 investment professionals, Patria GPMS constructs tailored private equity portfolios principally through European and North American primary commitments, secondary fund investments and co-investments. Patria GPMS represents a broad range of private equity investors via pooled funds and separately managed accounts, including the Patria Private Equity Trust plc. 

Kanika is involved in direct/ co-investments, secondaries and fund investments; and leads the coverage of sustainability and impact focused opportunities. 

Kanika joined the business in 2021. Her prior experience includes direct Private Equity investing at Temasek, as well as investment banking and consumer financial services spanning multiple geographies. 

Kanika holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University. 

Mr. Nielsen is a Partner in the Ares Credit Group, where he focuses on European direct lending. Prior to joining Ares in 2015, Mr. Nielsen was a Senior Director in the International Acquisition Finance team at Mizuho Bank, where he focused on originating and structuring large-cap LBOs for Private Equity sponsors across Europe. Previously, Mr. Nielsen was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions team at Bear Stearns in London, where he focused on leveraged finance and corporate finance advisory. Mr. Nielsen holds an M.Sc. from City University Business School (now Cass Business School) in Finance, Economics and Econometrics, and a B.A. (Hons) from South Bank University in Business Administration. 

William joined EQT in April 2023 as Head of Fund Strategy from Partners Group, where he had been the Senior Portfolio Manager of their Global Value SICAV fund in addition to being responsible of the portfolio management of key private wealth management offerings (ELTIFs, master-feeder structures, joint-initiatives). When he resigned from Partners Group (November 2022) he was managing private markets portfolios in excess of EUR 11bn NAV. Prior to joining Partners Group, William worked at Morgan Stanley in London as a financial engineer and exotic option structurer.

William holds a master’s degree in Financial Econometrics from the University of Venice, Italy and a master’s degree in quantitative finance from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH).

Inês Delgado is a Vice President at Motive Partners, where she delivers Product & Technology due diligence and value creation across growth, buyout and Ventures investments. With a wide background of diligence assessments completed, she specializes in identifying value levers pre-acquisition, designing integration and carve-out strategies, and supporting exit readiness. Inês works closely with C-level leaders to drive transformation in FinTech and Financial Services, mainly focused on the Wealth and Alternatives space. Prior to Motive, she held M&A roles at Deloitte and PwC. She brings international experience and a hands-on approach to unlocking operational and technological value in complex deal environments. 

Nathan is a member of the Digital and Portfolio teams.

Prior to Cinven, Nathan worked as a Data Science Manager at Accenture where he was responsible for scoping, building, and deploying AI and Machine Learning solutions across enterprise businesses.

Nathan has a Master of Mathematics degree from the University of Nottingham.

He joined Cinven in 2023.

Mittu joined CD&R in 2023 after 30 years as a technology executive. Mittu was most recently the Chief Operations Officer of Eurowag, a leading pan-European integrated payments and mobility platform focused on the commercial road transportation (CRT) industry. Prior to Eurowag, he was the Chief Technology Officer of Careem, a super-app for the greater Middle East region which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Uber in 2020. He also previously held Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer roles at Hepsiburada, TUI Group, Landbrokes PLC and Sabre Corporation. Mittu has a M.S. in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Adelaide Morphett is Associate Director and Sustainability Specialist for the Debt Investments asset class at IFM Investors. She conducts sustainability due diligence across all investments considered by the Infrastructure Debt team and the NextGeneration Infrastructure Credit strategy, which focuses on growth credit for climate solutions. Prior to joining IFM, Adelaide was Vice President on the investment team at Newmarket Capital, where she also contributed to business development initiatives. Adelaide serves as Chair of the Fixed Income Investor Network’s ESG Task Force and has held advisory roles with the UN PRI Securitized Products Advisory Committee, the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) Investors Council, and the IACPM Climate Risk Steering Committee and Securitization Regulation Working Group. 

Veronica Aroutiunian is a partner in Debevoise & Plimpton Europe, S.à r.l., the managing general partner of Debevoise & Plimpton (Luxembourg) SCS. Groups. 

Ms. Aroutiunian is also a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management and Private Equity and advises clients on the regulatory and corporate aspects of structuring, establishing, operating and marketing Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles. 

Cameron joined in 2015 and currently co-leads the firm’s mid-market primary and co-investing activity in Europe. Since joining, he has completed over 37 co-underwritten and syndicated co-investments across sectors and 20 primary investments across European buyout and growth equity and has extensive experience of working with first time funds and emerging managers. In addition, he is an LPAC member and Board Observer on several funds and direct investments. He previously worked in M&A with Royal Bank of Canada and Canaccord Genuity. He holds a BA in History from University College London. 

Skander joined Ardian in 2021 as an Analyst – Data Scientist within the Infrastructure Team in Paris following an internship. Skander is a member of Ardian Infrastructure Digital and Data Science Team. 
Prior to joining Ardian, Skander completed internships as a data science. 

Michaela joined Hayfin in 2024 and is Managing Director in the Private Credit team, focusing on Direct Lending and leading the Portfolio Monitoring Team. Prior to Hayfin, Michaela spent five years at BlackRock in the Risk and Quantitative Analytics Team and most recently served as Co-head of Global Investment Risk for Private Credit and Private Equity. Before this, Michaela worked at GE Capital and held several roles in London and Abu Dhabi with a focus on underwriting, portfolio management and restructuring of leveraged loans. Michaela graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg with a BSc degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science and is a CFA Charterholder. 

Alisha Peterle (London) is an Operating Partner at KKR, where she collaborates with top management teams to drive value creation within the firm's private equity portfolio companies. Her focus lies in orchestrating large-scale transformations, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering sustainable growth across diverse industries. Prior to joining KKR in February 2023, Ms. Peterle served as a Manager at Kearney from 2018 to 2023, specializing in strategy, transformation, and sales projects, particularly within the automotive sector. During her tenure, she also led the PROUD network (LGBTQI+ & Allies) on a European level, reflecting her commitment to diversity and inclusion. Ms. Peterle holds a Master in Management from Vlerick Business School, graduating summa cum laude, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim. 

Suzana Perić is a managing director and Co-Head of Oaktree’s Sourcing & Origination group, where she focuses on private credit sourcing and deal origination across Europe.  She joined Oaktree in 2023 from Bridgepoint Credit (formerly EQT Credit), where she was managing director and Head of Origination for the firm’s opportunities fund.  In that role, she established and led the fund’s pan-European origination platform.  Prior to that, Ms. Perić led Santander’s EMEA Loan Sales team, overseeing transactions across project finance, real estate, leveraged finance, corporate lending, and infrastructure.  Earlier in her career, she held roles at HSH Nordbank, Natixis, and Hamburg Hafencity.  Ms. Perić holds an M.A. degree in philology from the University of Hamburg and a degree from ESCP Europe Business School (London/Madrid).  She is a native speaker of German and Croatian and is business fluent in Spanish.

Slava Shafir is an Operating Partner of Corsair Buyouts based in London.

Mr. Shafir is an Operating Executive with over 20 years’ experience in banking, operations and technology. He has held roles of COO and CIO in financial services technology and Fintech transformation companies. Prior to Corsair, Mr. Shafir spent almost a decade at Barclays Venture Capital (“Barclays Venture”), where he led the business development and partner strategy that developed a high growth technology business through organic build-out, commercial partnerships, and venture investing. During his tenure at Barclays Venture, Mr. Shafir worked closely with Fortune 500 and fast-growth tech companies to capture the commercial value and go-to-market transformation.

Before joining Barclays Ventures, Mr. Shafir worked for over a decade at Deutsche Bank where he held roles of Head of Digital and COO. While at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Shafir was responsible for technology, operations, compliance and risk management and overall delivery of the commercial strategy through value chain revenue generation, increasing customer value, and focusing on business growth priorities.

Mr. Shafir began his career at Alex, Brown where he was an IT sector financial analyst. Mr. Shafir graduated from the University of Baltimore where he received a B.S. degree with a focus in Finance.

In 2005, Catherine joined the investment team of SVG Capital, a leading private equity firm based in London. During her tenure, she led numerous fund investments on a global basis across four investment platforms, representing over €3.5bn in over 100 fund commitments. Catherine was responsible for the due diligence process, investment decision and portfolio monitoring of the European portfolio. From 2011 onwards, she led the European Investment team and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Fund team in London. In addition, Catherine was actively involved in setting up the SVG Asian operations in 2008, contributing to building and training the team and spending a significant amount of time in the Singapore office until 2012. 

When SVG Capital joined Aberdeen Asset Management (‘AAM’) in 2013, Catherine was a member of the Investment Committee of the newly formed Aberdeen SVG entity which oversaw €4.7bn of private equity assets. In that same year, Catherine was nominated for Financial News’s “40 under 40 Rising Stars in Private Equity” award. In 2015, she was part of the SVG Capital team that spun off from AAM. The SVG Capital Investment Trust was successfully sold the following year in a public takeover bid. In 2017, the departing team founded Larchpoint, a single-family office. Catherine was a Partner overseeing the management and the investment strategy and the European investment activity of the firm. 

She was a member of the Investment Committee, approving US and European fund investments (more than 30 commitments during her tenure). As such, Catherine has an extensive network of GPs in particular in the UK and Scandinavia. Catherine holds an MA in Management from HEC, Paris, and is a CFA charterholder. Catherine Haumesser is director of ARMEN PARTNERS UK LIMITED, 100% subsidiary of Armen SAS. Catherine sits on the board of St Mark’s Hospital Foundation, which raises funds for research and education at the UK’s national bowel hospital.

Cara Griffiths is a Managing Director at Blue Owl and member of the GP Strategic Capital Investment Team. In her role, she has responsibility for coverage of alternative asset management firms and GPSC’s client relationships across Europe and Southeast Asia and is a member of the investment committee. Additionally, she leads a team that develops proprietary market-related analysis and content, as well as focusing on strategic projects relating to public capital market activity. Cara is based in London.

Before joining Blue Owl, Cara was a Managing Director at Bank of America, where she was a strategic equity adviser to Dyal Capital, the predecessor firm to Blue Owl's GP Strategic Capital platform. She began her career in the UK corporate finance team at Investec Bank.

Cara received her BA Hons in Modern History and Politics from Oxford University.

Daniel Greenaway is a partner in the firm's Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. He concentrates his practice on launching funds and investment platforms for clients that raise capital across a global, primarily institutional, investor base. He has extensive experience advising institutional and boutique fund managers on private funds across private equity, venture capital, credit, infrastructure and real estate. Daniel acts for managers whether they are raising a discretionary fund, spinning out of an existing institution, or raising co-investment funds. He also assists institutional investors on their fund investment and co-investment programs.

According to Chambers and Partners, "Daniel is exemplary, demonstrating a commercial understanding of his clients’ businesses, and combining that with a first-class knowledge of legal and regulatory structuring of funds." 

Daniel has authored chapters in The Guide to Responsible Investment (PEI: Private Equity International) and Understanding Private Debt in Europe (PEI: Private Debt Investor).

Borja Fernandez Tamayo, PhD, Vice President, is a member of the Private Equity team based in Geneva. He is involved in the execution and portfolio management of primary, secondary, and direct investments, primarily in Europe and he is a key member of the climate impact team. Borja also supports the Research team on projects that involve the use of NLP and Machine Learning. Borja worked at Unigestion as an intern from September 2019 till May 2020, and joined as a permanent employee in January 2022. 

Will Mangion is an AI Stategist at V7, where he works closely with private equity firms, asset managers, and professional services teams to modernise how unstructured data is used in investment and diligence workflows. 
At V7, Will partners with GPs and LPs on challenges ranging from buy-side and sell-side due diligence to portfolio monitoring and LP reporting - focusing on how document intelligence and structured data can improve decision-making, consistency, and institutional memory across deals. 
 
 

Justin Guthrie brings two decades of experience servicing the asset management industry across multiple spectrums. Justin has spent the last 19 years at ACA Group and its predecessor companies. Prior to joining ACA, he spent three years in public accounting at EY. While at ACA, Justin oversaw the Performance Services business for 10 years, acquiring 2 key competitors during that time period and driving substantial topline and bottom-line growth. Most recently, he led key transformational strategies and integrations across the front and back offices as COO. Justin holds a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and is a CFA charter holder.

Mat is a Partner at Stonehage Fleming heading up the Private Capital Fund Platform and is responsible for implementing the firm’s private capital strategy and overseeing all aspects of the Private Capital Fund platform which has AUM in excess of $1bn. Mat co-founded the Stonehage Fleming Annual Vintage Programme in 2016, the firm’s flagship private capital fund of funds. He joined the Group in 2009 having previously worked for BNP Paribas in London and State Street in Toronto. Mat completed a BA degree in International Business and Economics at Western University. He holds both the CFA and CAIA designations. 

Nicole Grützmacher is Director Alternative Investment at FERI. She specializes in the selection and structuring of investments and acts as an interface between product management and clients, within the alternative asset sector of FERI AG. 

Before her role at FERI, Ms. Grützmacher held senior positions in wealth management at various private banks. For over 25 years, she has focused on the areas of private equity, real estate, and infrastructure. 

Ms. Grützmacher holds a degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of International Business from the University of Applied Sciences in Dortmund and Amsterdam. Additionally, she has obtained a degree as a Real Estate Economist (ebs) and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. 

Rick Lawrence is Head of Investor Relations at Montagu. He has led Montagu’s co-invest and GP-led activity since joining in 2017 and has raised €3.5 billion in continuation vehicles, most recently with the successful close of a €2 billion single-asset CV in 2025.  He joined Montagu after 15 years in Investment Banking at Citi and Goldman Sachs. 

Kate is a Partner at Asante. Over the past decade, Kate has originated and led a significant number of the firm’s European and North American fundraisings totalling $20bn capital raised. Kate’s advisory experience spans working with emerging managers, first time funds as well as more established mid market GPs. Before joining Asante, Kate worked as an analyst at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London. Kate holds a BE in Civil Engineering from University College Dublin 

Torben joined the firm in 1997, working in a variety of roles including Leveraged Finance and High Yield Capital Markets. In 2001 he was appointed Head of Leveraged Finance Credit Analysis at Legal and General, and as a Portfolio Manager, managed more than $5bn in assets. In 2008 he returned to JPMorgan and currently is responsible for the Direct Lending franchise in Europe, where he works closely with partners from Financial Sponsors, other Direct Lending businesses as well as JPMorgan Banking, Leveraged Finance and Credit Trading to build JPMorgan’s Direct Lending business. 

James King is Chief Capital Officer at Round Hill Music, where he focuses on capital market transactions, structuring, fundraising and investor relations.  

James has over 25 years’ experience in international corporate finance and private equity, having joined Round Hill Music from investment bank Cavendish where he led the Investment Companies division, advising alternative asset investment funds on corporate finance and restructuring. During his time at Cavendish, James was the lead advisor to the Round Hill Music Royalty Fund on the London Stock Exchange, which was acquired by Concord in 2023.  

James has a post-graduate degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Natal. Outside of his work at Round Hill, James is passionate about charitable endeavours and helped establish a charity in South Africa to build schools and provide education for underprivileged children. He is also co-founder and director of Linea Capital Partners, a South African business providing innovative growth capital solutions for early-stage businesses.

Julian Grant is a partner in the Corporate practice. He is a transactional private equity partner with over a decade’s experience. Julian primarily acts for United States and Pan European sponsors on buy outs, exits as well as co-investments. He is experienced in special situations and distressed investing.   

Mr. Calvo joined Clearlake Credit Europe in 2001 and is a Managing Director, Head of Private Credit Portfolio Management (Europe). As well as being responsible for investment and portfolio construction strategies, Mr. Calvo is also a member of the Executive Group and the Investment Committee. Mr. Calvo has 31 years of experience in capital markets, M&A, structured finance, and private credit lending. Prior to Clearlake Credit Europe, he was part of the European Securitisation Group at Deutsche Bank in London. Mr. Calvo holds a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and in Business Management from North Carolina State University. 

I’m a seasoned cybersecurity practitioner with a career rooted in hands-on technical delivery. I’ve worked across a broad range of roles, from administering security platforms in internal environments to consulting, pre-sales, and post-sales delivery for multiple vendors within a multi-billion-euro cybersecurity distributor. I’ve also delivered technical enablement into resellers and MSSPs, helping translate complex security capabilities into operational reality. 

These experiences have given me deep exposure to real-world end-user environments across multiple sectors, alongside access to a wide spectrum of security technologies and operating models. That perspective shapes a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to cybersecurity, prioritising what genuinely reduces risk, improves resilience, and stands up in production rather than theory. 

Laura Rusu is the Founding Partner of Rosedge Capital AG, a pan-European Debt Advisory Firm, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. Originally from Romania, Laura graduated from the Grande Ecole programme at HEC Paris and began her career in the Private Debt sector at Park Square Capital, in London. She later moved to Zurich and transitioned to Private Equity at Jacobs Holding. In April 2020, she founded Rosedge Capital amidst challenging market conditions and under her leadership, the firm has grown to a team of four full-time professionals, all located in Zurich. 

Pavol is a Portfolio Manager in the NAV Financing & GP Solutions team where his responsibilities include selection, structuring and risk management of investments for NAV Financing & GP Solutions strategies. 

Pavol joined Pemberton in November 2022. He has over 23 years of experience in finance and banking, establishing and managing diverse businesses across secured financing, structured credit & financial derivatives structuring and asset & liability management. 

Prior to joining Pemberton, Pavol was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where he established their EMEA structured financing business and was a Global Co-Head of the Financing Solutions team with a direct responsibility for all structured lending business outside of the US & Canada. The lending portfolio included fund, bank and corporate borrowers with collateral spanning corporate & private credit, macro, local currency, commodity, equity and private equity markets. Pavol spent 19 years at J.P. Morgan in various other leadership roles during that time, including Head of EMEA Structuring & Financing Solutions. 

Pavol holds a Masters Degree in Finance from London Business School and MA in International Business from University of Economics, Bratislava. 

Daniel Kemdeng is the Founder & CEO of Amero Coffee, a specialty coffee company built on his family’s 90‑year farming legacy in Cameroon. Amero Coffee focuses on high‑quality, impact‑driven sourcing, supporting farming communities through fair pricing, education, and sustainability. With over 20 years of experience in global finance, including 8+ years as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase leading Model Risk Governance. He began his career at Société Générale in Paris, gaining deep experience in financial markets and risk. 

Daniel also founded AMSDM Charity in 2012, supporting education and poverty reduction in his home village.

Daniel holds an MBA in Trading, Finance & International Trade, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and advanced qualifications in quantitative finance, including the Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF).

Felix von Schubert is Executive Chairman and CIO at NewSpace Capital, a dedicated growth equity investment firm for space technologies in Europe and North America.  Felix has over 25 years of private equity, technology investment and operations experience. Prior to co-founding NewSpace Capital in 2018, Felix has been investing in technology companies and in emerging markets for over 20 years. Felix co-founded InFrontier, a specialist investment company, active in frontier markets. Previously, he co-founded Zouk Capital, an independent private equity and infrastructure fund manager dedicated to the cleantech and renewable energy market. Felix has been involved in over 30 technology investments in Europe, North America and Asia. Felix started his career at JPMorgan M&A practice focusing on energy transactions.
