Speakers
Zhu Gong is a Director in the Asset-based Finance team of KKR. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Gong was head of European ABS at Bayview Asset Management. Ms. Gong started her career at Goldman Sachs. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
Tom is a Partner at Pemberton, leading the firm’s NAV Financing & GP Solutions business. He joined in 2022 and prior to this, he was a Partner at 17Capital in London.
Tom has 30 years experience in banking and private debt, with a strong record in building and creating successful fund financing businesses in Europe and the US, including at JP Morgan where he established and led the fund financing business in EMEA and at KBC Financial Products where he was global head of fund derivatives.
Tom is a graduate of University College, Dublin, Ireland and a CFA Charterholder.
Pete is a Senior Operating Partner specialising in Commercial Excellence transformation programmes within H.I.G Capital’s European Private Equity and Infrastructure funds. He collaborates with and advises portfolio companies on strategy, product, pricing, and sales focused value creation initiatives to deliver revenue growth, margin enhancement and multiple expansion. He joined in 2024 and is based in the London office.
Pete has 28 years’ experience across private equity, consulting, and industry; 16 of those at Simon-Kucher where he was an equity Partner. Prior to that, he worked for digital marketing & technology consultancies. He started his career in sales within a global key account team at BT. He holds a PhD in Physics from The University of Cambridge and a 1st Class Honours degree in Physics from The University of Nottingham.
Ted Logan joined HarbourVest in 2021 and focuses on business development and strategy with key intermediary relationships in EMEA and Asia. Ted brings 20 years of experience to HarbourVest in private equity and alternatives distribution in both the wealth and institutional channels.
Ted joined the Firm from BlackRock and was part of the BlackRock Alternatives Specialists team focused on fundraising across private equity, private debt, real assets and liquid alternative strategies. Prior to that, he held positions as marketing director for GLC Ltd. and Aspect Capital, Inc. and started his finance career with Goldman Sachs.
Ted received a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
