Prior to Headway Capital, Laura was part of the investment team of Coller Capital where she sourced, evaluated and closed private equity secondary investments.

Before Coller Capital, Laura was a direct investor in leveraged buyouts for Bain Capital in Boston. She started her career in the leveraged finance group of Goldman Sachs in New York.

Laura received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she was a Siebel Scholar and a Bachelor of Arts with high honours in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College.

Laura is Chinese-American. She is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin and French.

Chloé joined Centerbridge in 2014 and focuses on the Firm’s marketing and fundraising efforts, as well as investor relations activities. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Chloé was a Principal in the European Client and Partner Group at KKR & Co. L.P. (KKR). Prior to KKR, she was an Assistant Vice President at GIC Pte. Ltd. in its real estate private equity investment team. Chloé started her career as an analyst at Goldman Sachs International in its Real Estate Banking group, where she was involved in a number of pan-European Merger, Acquisition and Structured Finance transactions. 

Pravi Prakash is an Investment Manager in the Private Markets team at Railpen, the UK Railways Pension scheme. Pravi’s role is focused on making and monitoring investments in private credit and private equity across a range of sectors and sub-strategies. Prior to joining Railpen, Pravi was an Investment Associate at the National Grid Pension fund where she focused on investments in both public and private assets including infrastructure, credit, equity and property. Previously, Pravi has worked at Lloyds Banking Group and M&G Investments. Pravi is a CFA Charterholder and holds a First Class Honours in BSc Economics from Birmingham University.Within Private Equity, Pravi has looked at a range of sub-strategies across her roles across buyout and growth.

Andy is a managing director in the leveraged finance team at NatWest and has covered the European leveraged finance market for over 20 years. Prior to NatWest, Andy worked at Bank of Ireland and Societe Generale.
