Aftab is a financial journalist and researcher with seven years of experience covering the global deals landscape from an advisory and legal perspective – now specialising in the private markets and alternative investments space. He has published over 200 articles and special reports on a wide range of trends and developments in the world of finance – from shifts in investor sentiment to evolving asset classes, ESG and sustainability progress and ongoing digital transformation. He is also a seasoned event moderator, having led panels and roundtables at financial summits around the world – including London, New York and Singapore.

Marvin S. Rosen has more than 40 years of experience in corporate and securities law. He advises private equity firms, hedge funds, activists, and distressed investors on special strategies. He has had experience on various boards of public companies and
serves on the board of directors of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, the Howard Gilman Foundation, and Roundabout Theatre Group. Rosen was the finance chairman for the Democratic National Committee under President Bill Clinton. He received his
B.S. in commerce from the University of Virginia, his L.L.B. from Dickinson School of Law, and his L.L.M. from New York University School of Law.

As senior vice president of business development for UMB Fund Services, Rich focuses on opportunities in the eastern U.S.  He has nearly 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry.  

Before joining UMB in 2013, Rich was with BNY Mellon Alternative Investment Servicing (formerly PNC Global Investment Servicing) for 13 years as vice president of business development, covering the alternative investment market. He previously held positions with LIVETRADE.com, Standard & Poor’s and Advent Software.  

Rich has a bachelor’s degree in economics/finance from Rutgers University. A frequent industry speaker, he has jointly developed seminars covering Form PF, FATCA and How to Start a Hedge Fund, and has served as a panelist on Asset TV’s Liquid Alternatives Masterclass. 

Taylor Lowe is the CEO and Co-founder of Metal, an agentic platform for private capital. He has spent 15 years in enterprise SaaS with a primary focus on data infrastructure and CRM. Previously, Taylor was a Product Manager at Meta and Kustomer, a CRM platform acquired by Meta for $1B. At Kustomer, Taylor led the platform automations and workflows team, helping enterprises automate complex, multi-step workflows at scale. This experience shaped Metal's infrastructure-first approach — building an intelligence layer that helps PE firms systematically capture, connect, and act on their collective investment history to drive higher-conviction decisions.

Ignacio Jayanti is Chief Executive Officer of Corsair and serves as Chairman of the Buyouts Investment Committee and a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee. Based in New York, he joined Corsair in 1993 at the launch of the firm’s first fund and played a key role in Corsair’s 2006 spinout from J.P. Morgan. Prior to that, Ignacio managed Corsair’s operations and was a senior member of J.P. Morgan’s Investment Banking Department, where he led the Emerging Markets Financial Institutions group. Earlier in his career, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston. Ignacio holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University. 

Tony Colarusso is the Managing Partner of FoxPath Capital Partners, responsible for overall firm and investment oversight. He has over 25 years of experience working in private markets including private equity, leveraged finance, GP-led secondaries, mergers & acquisitions, and legal advisory. Prior to founding FoxPath, Tony spent the bulk of his career at Morgan Stanley, most recently as the Global Head of Private Capital Advisory, where he founded and led the firm’s first secondaries advisory team. He has worked extensively on structuring and financing sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, having completed more than 200 successful transactions totaling over $300bn of aggregate value. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked in the Leveraged Finance group at Lehman Brothers and practiced corporate M&A and securities law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. He serves as a Senior Advisor to FalconPoint Partners, a private equity firm based in New York. Tony received a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
